with Discovery.
Discovery is where you start. An unhurried conversation about how you live, what is changing, and what you may not have considered yet. From it, you develop a clearer sense of what you are really looking for.
The conversations are with Emery, REALens's AI guide.
Then the Property Profile, a conversation about the home you'd want, in detail: how it's made, how it's arranged, the land, and the life you'd live there. It ends in your Buyers Property Brief. When you find a place, Property Search holds it against that brief.
The decision always remains yours. REALens can bring together your Discovery, the property and considered judgement, but it will never pretend an algorithm knows which home you should buy.

When you find a place, REALens reads the listing the way an experienced buyer would: at face value, from its photos and details. Add your own photos from a visit, and it reads those too.
You’ll see what’s in its favour, what isn’t, and how it fits your Buyers Property Brief, section by section. There’s no overall score, and nothing is recommended. Each review says what it’s based on, and what to check when you’re there.
